Meet the Owner

Family Owned and Operated Since 1987

Elida is the owner of Venezia Pizza & Ristorante and one of the original founders. Her favorite dish on the menu is the Chicken & Shrimp Napolitano, and she always recommends the Limoncello Mascarpone Cake as her go-to dessert. Elida has formed great relationships over the years with many customers who have become part of the Venezia family. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two sons and going to the beach with her dog, Leo.

Albert is the Executive Chef at Venezia Pizza & Ristorante and the mastermind behind all of Venezia’s delicious original recipes. Albert prepares all of our homemade soups, doughs, sauces, as well as our famous Balsamic Vinaigrette, and is well known around town for his legendary hand tossed pizzas. Albert is an original founder of Venezia Pizza and has been with the restaurant since it was established in 1987. In his free time, Albert enjoys relaxing in his pool and watching ESPN.
